Online discussion. Login to website & answer questions with text, photos, or videos. Lasts days to months.
Focus Groups
A moderator leads an in-person individual or group discussion. Usually lasts 1-2 hrs.
Interviews
A phone call or live video interview where a moderator asks detailed questions.
Product Tests
A product is sent for you to test and provide detailed feedback. Normally allowed to keep it at the end.
Surveys
Answering a set of questions online, varying in length from 5 minutes to over an hour.
